DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY Ordered a "New" Novation Launchpad from Music Junkie but it arrived with the power plug missing from the box. Contacted Music Junkie and they agreed to refund and arranged collection. No worries! Received notification that they had received the return however I'm STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND 22 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN! I've spoken with Kyle, Accounts & Rae (General Manager) and each time they have all offered numerous assurances that the refund would be made in "5-7 days" only to finally admit that the owner Neil Crosier is the only one able to make refunds and they are powerless. (I've tried emailing Neil directly but haven't had a response) I've raised a dispute and escalated via Paypal and thats being ignored too!! I wonder how they would feel if I walked into their shop, took something and told them I'd pay in "5-7 days" I reiterate - DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
